Dr Lee, Founder of Quantum Finance Forecast System (量子金融預測系統) - a scholar, inventor, AI scientist, system consultant with 23+ years IT consultancy, R&D experiences in Intelligent Fintech System, Quantum Finance, Intelligent E-Commerce Systems had successfully commercialized his AI-Fintech invention at business sectors in China and Hong Kong.
Dr Lee attained his B.Sc. (Physics) from Hong Kong University in 1989, M.Sc.(IT) and PhD (Computer Science) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1997 and 2000 respectively.
From academic perspective, Dr Lee had worked at the Department of Computing of Hong Kong Polytechnic University as Lecturer, promoted Assistant Professor in 2000 and Associate Professor in 2005 respectively. During this time, he had published over 150 publications and author of six textbooks covering the fields at Chaotic Neural Networks, AI-based Fintech Systems, Intelligent Agent Technology, Chaotic Cryptosystems, Ontological Agents, Neural Oscillators, Biometrics, Weather Simulation and Forecasting.
From commercial perspective, Dr Lee had invented over 50 different intelligent systems and 8 international patents being filed: including: Quantum Finance Forecast System, Internet Security and Cryptosystems, eCommerce and Mobile eCommerce, Intelligent Indoor and Outdoor Positioning Technologies and Semantic Web Technology.
His latest AI-Fintech System invention – Quantum Finance Forecast System have been adopted in various investment institutions for worldwide Forex and Commodity Trading in China from 2012 to now.
